  • How do I pay?

    You can pay us by different methods.

  • We will not collect your personal information until you decided to pay for your order. What does it mean?

    If for any reason you decide to give up ordering before you sent payment, you can walk away and your identity is unknown to us.

    After you send payment, you are requested to email shipping and billing information and we will keep it offline until your order is completed. No personal information of yours is kept online at any moment.

  • Can I change order after it has been palced?

    Please email us and tell you want to delete it and place a new order. Please do not do it often, it requires men work to maintain such changes.

  • I have not received my order yet!

    Depending on what you ordered and where you products are shipped from you can expect delivery in 1-3 weeks on average. We will not send you tracking information but we will track your order for you if you ask for it. Please allow enough time passed before you send request for it.

  • My order is seized/stolen/lost.

    If your order is seized we will resend it free of charge. If your order is stolen/lost and will also resend it free of charge. Our Company policy says that we will deliver your order no maater what. We are confident that you will receive without any trouble, if you not, we will fix it.

  • I am not satisfied. Your products does not work at all. I waited too long. Etc.

    We are sorry that we did not deliver service that you deserve. Please email us and give details about order and problems.

    We will do our best to find a workaround. We all are humans and we do mistakes and we look forward to your understanding and in exchange we offer a solution that satisfies you.

    Sometimes customers complain on products strenght. If you think that our product do not meet your expectation please contact us and we will see if we can replace/refund it.

  • Why are you better then your competitors?

    Most of our competitors are cheaper. Many of them have not been around too long. None of them. we know ever offered a free resend policy on seized/stolen/lost product. We are a small company dedicated to limited group of trusted customers. Our main goals are safety, security and reliability.
